Making A Purchase All prices are in Canadian dollars

Making your purchase is easy. Just browse our store, and add the items that you want to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout'. Here you can review your order, delete anything you do not want, or go back for more. When you are ready you will be asked for the details necessary to process your order.

We endeavor to keep all our prices and information current, however sometimes there are unexpected changes.

Placing an order from our site does not constitute a contract between us nor does our confirmation of that order. If there is a discrepancy, we will contact you.

Shipping And Handling Orders within the Lower Mainland and Vancouver area will be sent with our courier and the $8.00 delivery charge added to your invoice. If the order contains dangerous goods an extra $4.00 will be added. We can also ship via a courier of your choice, collect.

Orders outside the Lower Mainland and Vancouver area will be shipped via Canada Post (or your preferred courier)

Please note: Some products are not accepted by Canada Post, ie liquids. Some products are not accepted for shipment by air ie sprays. In either case we will use the least expensive courier.
Delivery Schedule Normally orders are shipped within 1 business day.
Back Orders We like to send our orders complete, however occasionally we are out of stock. You are only invoiced for product that is shipped (unless it is a special order). If an order cannot be shipped complete we will let you know so you can decide if we should hold the order, ship it seperately or cancel. Special orders are always prepaid. They are not always returnable.
Tax Charges Our business is located in Canada so all Canadian orders will have the appropriate taxes added. If you are outside Canada no taxes will be added.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Any information you give Angel Safety Products Inc. will be held with extreme care and will only be used in ways to which you have consented. If you choose to email us and provide personally indentifiable information, we will only use that information to respond to your inquiry.

We do not rent or sell client information to other parties. When you visit our website our server only recognises you domain name, not your email address. This website does not automatically gather any specific personal information.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us you must provide your name, shipping address, and financial information- your credit card number and expiry date. This information is used for billing purposes to fill and ship your order. If we have any trouble processing your order we will use that information to contact you.

Angel Safety Products Inc. take precautons to protect your information offline as well. Only employees who need the information to proecss your order and payment are granted accesss to personally identifiable information. The computers where we store your name and address is in a secure environment.

Once a payment is processed, the information is shredded. We do not keep credit card informatin on our computers unless specifically requested to do so by the customer.

We use outside shipping companies to ship orders, and a credit card company to bill you for the goods purchased. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose beyond filling your order.

Returns Policy If you ordered the wrong product it can be returned, if it is unopened, for replacement or credit. We can not credit shipping costs.

If we sent the wrong product, we will pay the shipping cost to return the product to us and to send out the correct product.

Remittance Terms We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. If you are shopping from outside Canada your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
